The City of Dunedin chose Qualis General Contractors to build their new Community Sailing Center
building. This building serves as the storage for all of the sail boats and equipment for the Dunedin
Youth Sailing Association. As the association outgrew the existing building and it no longer met
their needs, Qualis General Contractors constructed the new Community Sailing Center Building to
better serve their needs. This project posed many challenges as it is located on the edge of the
marina and is surrounded by water on all sides, requiring creative strategic and logistical planning.
