The Pinellas County School Board selected Qualis General Contractors to perform the renovations of all restrooms for the Anona Elementary School. As the school was built in 1874 and the restrooms have not been renovated in almost three decades, this project presented many challenges every day. The project consisted of installing new finishes in all restrooms, replacing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and reconfiguring the layout for multiple restrooms to meet ADA requirements.
